Resting for a spell on the porch watching the sunset and this shadow hopped across the saplings in the orchard. Got high enough rez on the video that I didn’t need to get too close. I was able to zoom into twice the distance to get closer in post.
Felt right a bit Elmer Fudd trying to hunt this little rascal, but today I finally got a few moments with this Tennessee beauty. Got so excited, I think I forgot how to fly a drone for a second. The grace with which these fellas slink around is almost cat like. I feel so lucky to have gotten a little footage. One down, two to go! Yes, there’s a whole family out here. Got some shaky stuff when they were little. Sky Farms living is a wonder sometimes! One of Three. I dub thee d’Artagnan! Thanks for letting me take a few snaps!
